As our company is new Accel would provide us with start-up funding. Google Partners allows new businesses like ours to start off the right way by providing online resources to get the company off the ground. The sponsorship money that Norton will give us will help alleviate costs and make it much easier to set up our servers and make a very strong anti-virus software that can work with Norton.

Our company will be developing digital products. We will solve our customers needs by solving their privacy and security concerns while engaging in online activities. In order to fufill this obligation our antivirus software will be installed on the customers internet connected device and actively scan and monitor for threats that would get detected and if a threat was detected it would remove and or quarantine those malicious files

Our value proposition is that when our customers are browsing online we mask our customers IP address so that companies are not able to gather information on them and curate a profile on the user in order to give them personalized ads and sell their data to other companies. This addresses our customers problem by keeping their data hidden from those companies.

Our customers would be expecting professional service from us since they are the people who are actively concerened and seeking out security for their online footprint.The way our customer assistance would work is you would make a ticket and talk to the regular automated assistance services that give you steps to troubleshoot and if those do not work you would be redirected to our technical support team of real people that can help you via message chat or phone call.

Our two target demographic are customers in the United States who are families of 4 people who are generally well off (middleclass or above) who are highly technological and use many internet conencted devices and who are afraid of business' stealing their private information and our other customer demographic would be small startup business with 6 or less employees that operate primarily online and use technology in their workflow.

Our physical needs would be an office for our employees to work in unison. Our intellectual assests would be a patent on our A.I blockchain driven algorithm (which is an intellectual asset). The blockchain part of our algorithm acts like a protective shield on our clients devices that protects the information that goes back and forth between their devices and our servers from getting out and being abl to identify people from that information.

The channels through which we would contact our customers is online social medias like twitter and facebook as well as an email. We would raise customer awareness by online targeted ads that target people who are interested in security and ways to keeping your data private. Customers can evalute our offerings via our website which has a rating system where you can leave 1-5 stars and a paragraph explaining you reasoning.
