Copy the behaviour of CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES. Use colon separated platform and device IDs, as returned by cldrive --clinfo. e.g.
export CLDRIVE_VISIBLE_DEVICES=0:1
# only platform 0, device 1 is visible
export CLDRIVE_VISIBLE_DEVICES=1:
# all devices on platform 1 are visible
export CLDRIVE_VISIBLE_DEVICES=1:,0:0
# all devices on platform 1 are visible, and platform 0 device 0
export CLDRIVE_VISIBLE_DEVICES=
# mask all OpenCL devices. will cause any make_env() to failSupport vector arg types
