Which XCA version and which fedora version do you use?
The "About" dialog tells you which QT version is used by XCA.
The "qt*-qtbase-postgresql" package must match that.
The "qt*-qtbase-postgresql" package depends on the libpq library and installs it.

I had Qt5 XCA installed, and then I installed the Qt6 driver. I tried to install qt5-qtbase-postgresql with the --allowerasing option, which removed one package, but the installation continued. It is now working. Thanks.
