hey @romainfrancois thanks for checking in. with everything going on in the world, my response time on dealing with some package issues has been slower than usual.

It looks like something changes with dplyr in terms of new names being assigned in a way that didn't have that happen before? This stands out to me...

New names:
* WARD -> WARD...1
* WARD -> WARD...3

Will have to investigate further tomorrow...

hi @romainfrancois - got it sorted out - the issue that cropped up is that dplyr::bind_cols() changed how variable names are handled. If I have two data frames, each with the variable x plus one additional variable (y and z respectively), I used to get this after bind_cols() - x, y, x1, z. Now I get x...1, y, x...3, z. I've changed how our workflow handles this, and all the tests are now passing. Will submit the patch to CRAN soon.
