Package can't be install with python > 3.8 versions

Hello, dear author!
Today I tried install your useful module for lemmatization and were unsuccesful because of my python version.
Error can be solved only with downgrading to python 3.8 version otherwise I get next error:

19 warnings and 9 errors generated.
