Fix SQLite multithreading query errors.
Still have no idea why exceptions occur occasionally while multithreading queries even if I maintain single instance of SQLiteOpenHelper and specify every query method with synchronized specifier as most StackOverflow users advice to do.
Temporary solution is to catch every exception and retry until the query method succeeds.
However after exceptions are caught it takes at least 5~10 times retrying, which significantly decreases performance.
Another better solution is appreciated.
