rmc_software_2017's Issues

Test Aruco vs. RPG-Mono

  • Bag aruco pose data at short distance (1m) and long distance (7-8m), and compare with real life values. ROS package - ar_sys
  • Bag RPG-Mono pose data at short distance (1m) and long (7-8m), and compare to real life
  • Put numbers into Excel graph from rosbag

Remove Software_RMC Repo

Assuming rmc_software contains all of the needed files from this repo, can we remove this one since it is no longer being used?

robot_upstart python device search script

Issue already created in IGVC repo, but we need to do this for RMC as well. chicagoedt/revo_robot#70

Bash, since robot_upstart has a python API, youll be incharge of this. List of implementations below:

  • Search for devices that we have udev'd.
  • If a device that is on the udev rules is connected, or connects at any point, run/launch the respective driver node (i.e. roboteq comes online (through FTDI connection), RoboRosCAN node should be started)
  • Research whether a node can restart if it fails (so that we always try to have the driver online)

Cmake error: No such file or directory. #include <rmc_simulation/PanServoAction.h>

Dear author, I read the book of Robot Operating System (ROS) The Complete Reference (Volume 1). And I download your package of the rmc vehicle. But I failed to make the package. It appeared the error following (Hope I can get some help here.):
In file included from /home/wyj/myspace2/src/rmc_software/state_machine/src/state_machine.cpp:1:0:
/home/wyj/myspace2/src/rmc_software/state_machine/include/state_machine.h:6:43: fatal error: rmc_simulation/PanServoAction.h: No such file or directory

include <rmc_simulation/PanServoAction.h>

/home/wyj/myspace2/src/rmc_software/navigation/maskor_navigation/sbpl_lattice_planner/src/sbpl_lattice_planner.cpp:41:58: fatal error: sbpl_lattice_planner/SBPLLatticePlannerStats.h: No such file or directory
#include sbpl_lattice_planner/SBPLLatticePlannerStats.h
I cannot find the corresponding files in devel/include/rmc_simulation and devel/include/sbpl_lattice_planner directories. Is ther something I missed or could someone please give me some instructions to solve this problem? I would be very grateful.
