Send read receipts for messages
If the admin user doesn't send read receipts then messages never show up as read by all in the group.
GroupPatchNotAcceptedException when adding some people to a group
When calling updateGroup with a list of numbers:

Fails on +1 numbers
US/Canadian number get removed and added constantly. I.e. those that start with +1
Some users don't see a group invitation
The invitation seems to come through after the group invite link is enabled and then immediately disabled.
Updating group permissions doesn't seem to work
But if another admin sets the group permissions the update is seen here.
