3. SAO also asked us to add a new function that in the counsellor webpage, we need to add a new table which shows all high-risk students used the system yesterday. High risk students are assessed by the questions in the chatbot service. The new table should be on the right of the webpage while the tables of students joining the onlin chatting service should be on the left of the webpage. The new table contains three colums including Student ID; Date; Start Time; Date is the date of yesterday. And start time is the recorded time that the student used the chatbot service. Please pay attention to that if current day is Monday, we need to show all high-risk students used the system in last Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We also need to consider the situation that yesterday is public holiday.

4. We need to set the maximum chatting time, so we need to end all online chatting at 24:00. It may be required to update several tables in database, please think about how to implement it.

5. Currently, we have implemented a function on front-end to know whether the current time is office hour or not. SAO asked us to update the function. Since we have several holidays in each year, we need to add an upload textbox in the administrator page, the administrator can upload an excel file which contains two colums namely Date and End Time. The date refers to the public holidays, and end time should be the off work hour, when passed the end time, all the system should be on non-office hour.
