Right now the GUI and the Console runners use different options. These should be merged.

I need to alter the the BattleProcess and the BattleRunner classes have every battle set it's battle settings. So we can run battles from completely different challenges all intermixed with each other if we so decide to do so.

This should be done before we really start working on the UI, since its integral to a GUI to be able to change these things between challenges.

This way we don't have to create a BattleRunner for every challenge (and thus multiple BattleProcess/JVM).

Currently you have to close and reopen the results for a given queue item to get it to update.

Make it so the dialog updates as things run.

As title. Need to be able to save the queue in the GUI, as well as results from it.

Move the save challenge file from the CreateChallengeDialog class to the ChallengeConfig class.

This is required to implement the queue saving.
