detect's Issues

errors when testing "Detect"

Hi Maxime,

Thank you for proving the tool.
I used the sample files in the tests directory to run "Detect" using web browser.

Here is the command i ran;
./bin/Detect --i ./tests/SourceDataFig3.xlsx --demog ./tests/scores_RISH0_AutoEncoder_demo.csv

Attached is the screenshot showing the error message.
Thank you.

Run all option

Hi,

First of all, thanks for this great tool!

I'm trying to apply the Inspect script and, based on the main instructions, we could run this for all subjects at once:
6. If you desire, the Run all option will iterate over all subjects to test them against the healthy controls.

However, I don't see this option ('Run all'). Maybe I'm missing something. I appreciate any guidance you might have.

Thanks!
João Paulo
