Library Management System Servlet-Back-End

A REST web service created with JavaEE and servlet technologies, to expose the necessary end points related to a fully functional library

How to use this repo?

  1. Clone the repository first 'git clone'

https://github.com/Chamal-Peiris/library-management-system-servlet-back-end

  1. Once cloned, open the repository from any prefered IDE

  2. Reload the pom.xml file to download/attach all the dependencies to the project

Prerequisites

  1. Use Apache Tomcat Server
  2. Maven building tool should be installed

Usage

  • Simply send GET,POST,PUT,DELETE requests to the necessary end points after starting the server to obtain the functionality of the webservice
