Governor should be invoking a hook which socket and web implement to handle limiting.

We should provide a port allocator that can provide free ports for db, redis, web, etc.

Should be able to specify a port to start searching. web should default to that.

e.g. invokeMergeUnique probably shouldn't exist, an ordered invokeMerge would be better.

Bad to require platform implementations to invoke this hook. Also ends up appearing in tests.

Create a new hook @flecks/core.initializing which gets invoked at the end of constructor().

It's easy to forget to configure @flecks/db/server instead of just @flecks/db. Let's make this consistent across all core flecks.

Using JSDoc tags, we can provide hook implementation hints.

• @async can be used to denote that implementations will be invoked asynchronously
• @invoke can be used to specify the invocation method (e.g. composed, flat, merged)

Instead of asking clients to do e.g.:

We should make it more ergonomic:
