This will work like the block quotation except use the text version of the selected range and be wrapped in a span (inline) element so that it flows in the block.

Currently it scrolls to the relevant position and marks the selected area with [[ to ]] and some arrows labelling them.

Thoughts of a better version could be to highlight the area yellow or put Giant Quotation Marks around them or colour the text red.

On highlighting a highres range, if the start or end is at a paragraph break then the marker appears between paragraphs. It would be better if the end marker appeared directly after the last text element within the same parent and the start marker directly before the text in it's parent. This may cause issues for elements so maybe go up from them to their parent? Maybe even all common span type elements? (b,i,a,span etc)

In this format:

Either the cmd-c should work or we need a copy as plain text please.
