Baseplate Bug

This is a great script. Was just experimenting with it tonight and observed a bug.

Currently, you cannot create a baseplate without a roadway. If roadway_width = 0 or roadway_height = 0, then the baseplate will simply be blank (no studs) rather than the correct behavior, which would be completely filled with studs. My workaround currently is just to have a very small roadway (one stud worth).

I am completely new to SCAD--just downloaded tonight to try out your script--so I haven't had a chance to debug or fix the problem but you should be able to replicate the issue easily given the above. Note: I'm using OpenSCAD version 2015.03-1.
