'ResolvePackageNotFound' error triggered

Describe the bug

Seems like some packages in the environment file contains Windows-only package. Thus, this triggered an 'ResolvePackageNotFound' error on my machine.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. I tried to create a conda environment based on the environment.yml. I have run conda env create -n basics in that particular folder in my machine after I git clone it.
  2. Then, the error triggered as below:

Expected behavior

The environment managed to be created after the conda env create -n basics command.

I also check one of the packages in anaconda repo to double confirm either the package does exist for Mac platform. Result is as below:
