Add Python 3.6 Travis tests
Compress backup file
Gzip the resulting database backup dump file.
Multi-threaded backup operations
For now, backup operations are mono-thread.

Externalize dump output path
Externalize the "output_path" variable, which stores the path used to write the dump file.
Module : backup.services
Dump file is created when operation failed
When the API "create_backup" is called with a database that does not exist, the command properly failed, but a dump file, almost empty, is created on the filesystem.
The size of the file is always 786 bytes.
This bug is only on the "create_backup" branch.
Restore a dump to a new (none-existing) database
For the moment, one can only restore a dump file to an existing database.
