It would be nice to have a block that generates sunlight.

Maybe a Diamond Block that is solar cooked for a whole day can generate sunlight for the whole night when placed.
Or a block that has an expensive recipe (Netherstar, End Rod...).

There should be a possibility to magnify the Solar Cooker.
Adding more mirros to the cooker should do this.
On the left and right side there is space for mirrors that are looking like the lid of the cooker.
Each mirror should increase the cooking speed by a configurable modifier.

Port the mod back to 1.15 (LTS)

The interface of the solar cooker has the default furnace interface.
The fuel slot is not necessary. This position can be filled with an active/inactive sun icon that shows if the cooker can be used or not.

Similar to the Cooker but can smelt anything the normal furnace can do but at 1/4 of the speed of a furnace rather than 1/2.

Update this mod to 1.20.

The Solar Cooker should look like this:

A normal funace can be filled with fuel from all sides except top and bottom. These sides should be used for the input slot.

For now, the Solar Cooker is closed in inventory and opened when placed in world.

The Solar Cooker should be closed when placed.
Right clicking should open it (like chests).
If a burning/cooking progress is running, the cooker should also be open.

Hi, I found a fun little bug! in 1.17.1-1.0.1.1 the hitbox of the solar cooker temporarily vanishes when is closes, allowing the player to fall right through it. I found this amusing but it probably isn't intended so I thought you should know.

Render the cooking item inside the solar cooker.

the cooker does not drop after breaking it

I know it's kinda irrelevant here, but can you add more such stuff to the mod and make it a camping mod? There's currently none for Forge, Fabric has the awesome Campanion mod!

You could add; picnic basket, Picnic mat, tent, chairs, sleeping bags, bear traps, grappling hooks and so much more!

Wouldn't it be cool to look back later and see that it all started with a simple solar cooker!
