是多次重复部署导致代码库超过免费额度导致。
两个星期前我更新了部署脚本，部署完成后会自动顺便将缓存的代码库删除，就不会再扣费了。
重新部署一次即可。
也可以手动到artifacts registry 里面将代码库删除。

当然，这个是针对artifacts registry 的扣费的，如果是后台实例小时超标，可以部署时尝试修改为B1实例和减小空闲超时时间，具体请参考部署文档
