Current readme is stale, update it to reflect the changes from #6

In past events section

• Add About Us, Contact Us, FAQs & Projects pages.
• Move team members to About Us page.
• Link events to their respective event pages.
• The footer should include links to all pages and one main link to the college website.
• Add a link to the medium blog in the main menu.

Take a look at Lighthouse logs for the current build on GitHub Actions and start from there.

Our target scores under each section are:

• Accessibility: 70% (should crank this up to 80%)
• Performance: 85% (should ideally be 90%)
• SEO: 70% (Can crank up to 85%, we are already at 87%)
• Best Practices: 70% (should ideally be 90%, we are already at 93%)

Perform respective changes (image compression and optimization, a11y changes, ...), and increase minimum score targets in test/checklog.js.

Builds on Travis CI have been failing for too long now, time to fix it.

Required updates:

• alt tags for all img tags
• noopener noreferrer for all external/internal anchor tags

Currently all files in the repo (excluding dotfiles) are treated by jekyll as site files. Move all site content into a new directory (say src) and add jekyll build config. Change tests accordingly (probably to a new directory test)
