Can you give an example of how you might expect it to work? Do you mean lock screen widgets?

Yes I mean the lock screen widget. At moment, I also have Loyalty-card on my lock screen but If I start it I have to login with my passcode.

I think this feature is a good idea. I may not have time to do it right away. If someone from the community is interested in adding the feature and unit tests, I'd be glad to review the merge request.

In brarcher/loyalty-card-locker#287 (comment) @sphh suggested that PassAndroid and Transportr already have similar features. Maybe code can be borrowed / shared?

Given that lock screen widgets no longer exist on modern Android versions, I consider this resolved by #149.

For newer Android versions, #146 may be a reasonable follow-up too.
