sync_users.php not working in moodle 4 about moodle-local_cohortauto HOT 3 OPEN

can you please set "debuggigng" level to "developer" and display errors = on then run it again and provide the full debug trace?

I couldn't see any error messages in moodle, either onscreen or in the logs when I turned display on page off, so I set up a cron job in plesk and got the following error:
