Upgrade from dotnet 7.0 to 8.0.

As the aeon is functioning at a basic level, this issue is to improve its dialogue capabilities by adding more database files.

Mindpixel was a collaborative artificial intelligence project which aimed to create a knowledgebase of millions of human validated true/false statements, or probabilistic propositions from 2000 to 2005, which the maintainer participated in. Bring this logic into the database structure.

Adding new fundamental features to the database of the personality did not go well in the first-pass. Determine the issue with the runtime and add files one at a time to ensure the refactoring is complete.
