Using in Composer 2 environments return error:

Problem 2 - full/composer-rm-plugin is locked to version v1.0.0 and an update of this package was not requested. - full/composer-rm-plugin v1.0.0 requires composer-plugin-api ^1.1 -> found composer-plugin-api[2.0.0] but it does not match the constraint.

This line is main problem :
