When using xml query to retrieve data triggering the migrate action runs for every CRM user.

I'm my example the xml query returns 281 records but runs the same migrate task for all of our 309 users. This just seems very inefficient and makes the task take much longer than it needs to. The task only needs to be run once.

I'm trying to move some opportunity records to the Develop/Propose stage of the Lead to Opportunity Sales Process.

However, this BPF doesn't show up in the list because Opportunity is not the Primary Entity of that BPF, that's Lead.

How do I move an opportunity to a stage of a process for which it is not the primary entity?

when connecting to any environment then opening BPF Manager I get an error about unable to read user password?

user has admin and is active in the system, other xrm tools work with the connection manager

so I opened BPF Manager but did not connect to an org until after it was open then I got a new error looks related to the above issue

note I know the connection manager works as I was able to pen and use the items in XRM toolbox

this is a great tool and saved me lots of time. thanks for making it

I wanted to change the BPF completely from one process to a new process. So, I have BPF A and BPF B. Opportunities are currently on BPF A and I want to change them to BPF B. I selected the Target BPF and the Target Stage. When doing this, I got the following text in red:

"Target Entity stage and Primary Entity of the BPF are different. Make sure the related Lookup is filled before moving the this stage."

My question is what is that related lookup it is referring to?

I am working with opportunities and wanting to change the BPF on these records, which start as Leads and then are qualified into an opportunity. I assume the Primary entity of the BPF is the Lead record and the Target Entity is Opportunity. I do not know what that related lookup is.

I was able to mass change the Opportunities on BPF A to a different stage on BPF A. Now I need to be able to switch it to a specific stage in BPF B.

We have 4972 active users, but only 400 real ones, cause most of them got access via Flow or Powerapps license.
I cant give all other users any roles cause they are not intended to use CRM.

Hi there,
there is an error: "attribute "uidata" on entity "workflow" is deprecated" when loading BPF. Is there something wrong in the tool or in my environment?

Thanks for the great tool. Propably what I need ;-)
I have migrated about 2000 open opportunities (from Salesforce) to Dynamics and about 600 users.
I would like to have a BPF initiated for each opportunity and owner in the same first state. I see that this is possible with the BPF manager.
What I do not understand is why the tool seems to make a record for each user and opportunity (1.200.000). Is that correct? And if so, is it necessary? Cause only the owners will use the opportunity...

Hi, I have a BPF that spans across 4 different entities, Lead, Opportunity and two others. While the BPF Manager displays Lead and Opportunity in the Choose the Entity drop down, the other two entities are not displayed. Both those entities are custom entities. Any idea why this would happen? Could you think of any workaround?

I executed the assignment of a BPF on 1 record but at the end when I load the record in D365 the BPF doesn't appear!
D365 v9.1.0.23173 online

great tool you have build here, but what is the codes license?

Also your sln points to a test csproj that is not part of the repository which leads to an error when loading the sln with VS.

Hi, an error occurs only on our production environment. On the test env it is OK, the other environments (on-premise 8.2 od online 9.2) are OK. See the attached files. Thank you for the tool and for your help.
