Create a python script that would get the required entry from the user and

• Create search.html in _layouts/ and add a tags.html file to _pages with boilerplate frontmatter
• Update site html to show the relevant data when URL of format <site_url>/search?q=<tag_name> is loaded
• Update the tag.html file in _includes/ to show links instead of text. Also add the relevant tooltips.
