get_smac function does not work correctly on virtual interfaces
In the file https://github.com/cappe987/wiretime/blob/main/src/liblink.c.
There is a temporary workaround that just sets the MAC to AA:AA:AA:AA:AA:AA, but ideally it should get the correct MAC address of the interface being transmitted on.
Use receiving ports MAC as Destination MAC
Instead of using broadcast (could still be an option), default to using the receiving port's MAC address as the destination of the packets.
Add tests
Now that support for software timestamping -S has been added we can add some tests. This will need to use veth interfaces.

ip link set dev veth2 upwiretime --tx veth1 --rx veth2 -S
Use tcpdump (or tshark?) to verify packets?
