Use airbnb eslint plugin as base.

WebStorageObject.toRaw method should return plain object (without any proxy wrappers).
WebStorageObject.toString method should return JSON representation of object.

Method use case is when data from WebStorageObject is passed to Structured clone algorithm or similar implementations.

This kind of cloning algorithms only support proxy object. This results in issues similar to: capJavert/clippy#14
