During long run of infl18 (run 121), the rate changed the next morning after a clear "y", then also increased again upon starting a new run (122).

All should be confirmed with data, and tested with a long pulser run.

Ryan implemented in his master, need to port this over to get correct rates.

For some reason, now most of the counts are showing as overflow in the graph even though the event builds seem to be happening ok. This is in my displayCuts branch. Have not checked the master branches.

Anyway, believe there was a little bug in getting events, trying to GetEVENT when buffersize = 0.

was getting -21 returned for GetEvent when buf = 0.

Testing now to see if this is the final fix.
