Savings negative and with wrong value

In the case that te user enter a value for savings, and the total expenses is over the value expenses. It returns a negative wrong number, and int the mensual saving, it returns a negative wrong value. In that case if expenses > value ? return 0 : return value..

Or not show that stadistic, if user works with salary ticket.
