This branch should:

Have a solid code implementation of the alarm system the application will use.
The alarm system will be controlled by the user toggling and changing settings preset in a sheet or subview of Config
The user will be able to turn on up to four possible time periods for him to receive push notifications
This will be reflected in the push notification, which will fetch all tasks, filter the ones that are within their "bothering" time frame and send out notifications as needed.
