quickstart with docker

 docker run -it -e DISPLAY=${DISPLAY} -v /tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix -p 3000:3000 \
 c4pt/gekko-bot node gekko \
 --config sample-config.js --ui

DOES NOT SUPPORT LIVE TRADING ONLY FOR SIMULATED TRADING STRATEGY
