Upon execution of update batch file of 2.9 without updating before to 2.8 doesn't work as expected (doesn't get updated to 2.9). It instructs the user to update to 2.8 first. It is supposed to be backward compatible all the way from 2.4.

The user guide hyperlink on the footer of country director's interface loads v2.4 version located at htdocs/userguide. This needs to be replaced each time an update is run or a complete version is created.

The settings for borders are not taking effect in daily log patient report of lab admin interface.

In lab admin's view, the Target TAT settings are not getting updated when changed and submitted.

The current user guide is updated until v2.7. It has to be updated with information on additions and modifications of features developed later on.

Currently, it is not possible to change the type of a custom field without deleting it and recreating it with the desired type.

The symbol on a button which can be used to move the selected patient fields to higher priority should be "^".

Even though the system accepts >5 values to appear in the drop down list of custom fields, these don't appear fully after option no. 5. For example, in the screenshot attached, only 5 options show up correctly in the drop down. The 6th option configured (testop6) doesn't show up fully.

Some chemistry tests are not actually measured. They are calculated based on some other test values.

I am creating a Java based BLIS tool that supports equipment interfacing.
Communication protocols supported are RS232, TCP/IP, HTTP. It can also connect to available databases such as MSACCESS or read from a TEXT file.
The Messaging formats supported are HL7, ASTM, ABX Proprietary Format, Vital Proprietary format, CLSI LIS2-A, CLSI LIS2-A2, etc.

I am creating an interface to send Test count data to DHIS2 from BLIS

[This testing is done for the test lab 127] After specimen are registered, the entered results (the measures) don't show up in reports.

I am adding more features to the BLIS API to support equipment interfacing and Other Information systems such as DHIS interfacing.
