Possibly print a warning message if the authorized-users.txt is left empty.

Since no users would be able to add comments, nothing would happen. A simple warning message should be enough.

Currently footnotes can be added to the bottom of the gist by the users. I dont think that should be an option. Since that enables users to write text outside of their comment space.

Either add a simple invisible unicode character into the footnote identifier, or remove them completly. The last approach might be too destructive.
