uname should return &CStr instead of &OsStr as well.

Looks like #87 covers most of this! The only OsString left is in the getpath function. To remove that one, we should change getpath's return type from PathBuf to CString as well.
The OsStr/OsString usage in Arg is ok to leave there, because that's just providing a convenience for users that already have an OsStr or OsString from somewhere else.
