We're starting to use these test assertions but found an unexpected behavior when cleaning up our test runs using terraform destroy.

Observed behavior:
run terraform apply builds a few resources but fails an assertion.
run terraform destroy to clean up the built resources, but it fails before it is able to destroy the resources built in the apply.

Expected behavior:
terraform destroy would be able to destroy resources regardless of the assertion's success/failure.

Is this still maintained? Terraform changed how providers are installed in 0.13+ and so I think a provider block is needed, and likely this provider should be officially published. Not sure.

Main question is whether or not you are still maintaining this?
