cytocluster's Issues

Error on pip install - ensembleclustering and kahypar dependencies

Alas, I get an error on trying to install

conda create --name flowc python=3.10
conda activate flowc
pip install cytocluster

leads to an error:

ERROR: Cannot install cytocluster because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

The conflict is caused by:
    ensembleclustering 1.0.11 depends on kahypar==1.1.3
    ensembleclustering 1.0.1 depends on kahypar==1.1.3

To fix this you could try to:
1. loosen the range of package versions you've specified
2. remove package versions to allow pip attempt to solve the dependency conflict

ERROR: ResolutionImpossible: for help visit https://pip.pypa.io/en/latest/topics/dependency-resolution/#dealing-with-dependency-conflicts

If then try to separately install kahypar using

pip install kahypar

I get the follow errors:

Collecting kahypar
  Using cached kahypar-1.0.tar.gz (8.0 MB)
  Preparing metadata (setup.py) ... error
  error: subprocess-exited-with-error

  × python setup.py egg_info did not run successfully.

  note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.

note: This is an issue with the package mentioned above, not pip.

Any thoughts much appreciated :) Thanks in advance for your time.
