I'm new to react-native, apologies if I'm missing something.

In AppDelegate.m hostAddress is set to 192.168.86.240:8081. This looks a lot like someone's personal local IP, or at least some personal networking configuration. I'd think this should be configurable, or at least have a default like localhost.

I'll obviously fix this in my fork but thought it might helpful to keep the project functional in its initial state.

Unless this is all part of the test.
