간단한 react to do app 연습입니다. api는 roto의 todo api를 사용하였습니다

todo 추가, 할일완료토글링, 삭제, 모두삭제가 가능한 간단한 todo-list app입니다. 모두 api요청을 통해 이루어지며 typescript와 react-query를 사용하여 진행했습니다.
react가 익숙치 않을때 부터 만들었으며 typescript를 배우고 리팩토링, react-query를 만들고 리팩토링을 하였습니다.
