Problem

When bound to a link, the editor should only let the user change the link's text through its own text field. If the user tries to go around the editor and change it through the answer box directly, those changes should be blocked.

The changes are prevented, but the editor moves slightly when it happens. It seems to be an interaction with Quora's new Text/Link/None feature.

Repro

1. Click a link and open the editor
2. Click on the link again
3. Move the mouse away from the link while keeping it focused
4. Try to type some text
5. Watch the editor jump

Shift+Enter inserts a newline into link text in the answer box. It would be cool to support that here as well.

Problem

After it's been opened on a link, the editor should follow it wherever it moves as its text or the surrounding content changes. This works correctly when the user changes other content in the answer box while the editor is open, but not when the link's position changes due to edits made through the editor itself.

Repro

1. Focus a link and open the editor
2. Type lots of text in the editor field (two or more lines' worth)
3. Notice the link has moved down and the editor no longer points to it
