Description of the problem:
Clicking, popping and other sound artifacts are very present in the current version. This happens especially during typing sounds.

Possible solutions:

• Use less ToneJS synth objects,
• Use shorter sounds for typing,
• Rewrite the synth class altogether.

I suspect this is because part of the audio setup script is being lazy loaded or because some of the audio related script are being deferred.

Problem:
Currently the difficulty option is visible through the UI but has no logic behind it.

Solution:
Implement some sort of difficulty logic then play-test, repeat and rinse.
