MyReads React Project : A Book Tracking App

This React project for the Udacity Front-End Web Developer Nanodegree. This project emphasizes the use of React with a given API server.

Main

The main page has three shelves that let users to move the books between shelves. The search page allows users to search for new books to add to the shelves. After selecting books to add to shelves,you can navigate back to the home page and it will reflect the selection from the search page. This project uses React's setState to build the functionality to move books from one shelf to another.

How download and use app

Download:

Click the "Clone or download" button then click "Download ZIP" and soon you'll get a zip file when your download finishes. Unzip the files.

Clone:

Type into your terminal or command prompt the following: $ git clone https://github.com/leizifei/my-reads-react-app.git

Launching the app

cd to the app folder then run npm install npm start to start the app then navigate to http://localhost:3000/ on your local machine
