XDec (Expression Deconvolution) is a deconvolution tool for RNA-seq expression data. Starting with complex gene expression profiles of bulk tissue or biofluid samples, can estimate constituent cell type or cargo type composition of each input sample as well as gene transcription profiles of constituent cell/cargo types.

I hope you are doing great. I'm testing XDec with some datasets and I'm having some difficulties identifying the correct files and what goes where. I would appreciate your help with the following items:
is there a flag that connects excerpt outputs to XDec script?
the background files in the script are located where or where can I obtain them to run the script?
(Missing several files like Atlas_Update.txt and exceRpt_sample_descriptors.txt )
If you could point me to the files or provide a tutorial I would greatly appreciate it.
