Thank you so much for your sharing this wonderful code. I am still struggling with the prefilter. First, after upgrading to razorback-0.3.0.4, there is no bcoher_filter in the razorback.prefilters. I went into the file and found the bcoher_filter was changed to cod_filter. I got the same error when I had the prefilter on. Here are error messages of M-Estimator run.

In order to take into account the calibration of SHFT02e, we need to add a specific case in the magnetometer "version".
An example of the modified code is attached. But the value of alpha needs to be changed.

How to read time-series data from text file?
Dear,
I am trying to reproduce survey-study.ipynb
as in this EMinar. I tried to do it both in Google Colab (open to access to everyone) as well as locally.
And, although glob
identifies the files, the inventory
is not filled, as shown in the images below taken from the local execution.
There is no error message or alike. Debugging it in VS Code showed me that the code is bypassing the for
loop.
Can you help me, please?
hello
I have data collected from a survey using Phoenix Geophysics MT station (MTU-5A)
I want to process this data using Razorback
my question: is there a script or tutorial explaining how can I process my data using Razorback?
I am Looking forward to more tutorial.
I am trying to reproduce the survey-study.ipynb
notebook from the tutorials. The rb.utils.impedance
is returning an array of NaN
s, either locally or in Google Colab.
It can be reproduced with this Google Colab adaptation. It also can be reproduced locally running survey-study.ipynb
with this data.
Locally, razorback version 0.4.0 under Windows with python 3.8.5.
