Floe.Net.IrcSession at line 758, there's a check that "parts.Length > 0", but then 2 lines below that "parts[1]" is accessed triggering an array out of bounds exception.

I'm getting this when connecting to an IRC bouncer from time to time. "e.Message.Parameters" has a count of 2, but the second parameter is an empty string in my case.

It seems that it's possible to pass an empty string to IRCMessage.Parse so when you check to see if the first character is a : it crashes.

Also got a SocketException with the message "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond" from the TcpClient constructor located on line 140 in IrcConnection.cs.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended and if this is even the right place for me to submit this.
I can't toggle the title bar on/off with an AutoHotKey script. The script works for all other windows. Is this a "feature" of Floe? Would be nice to have the ability to hide the titlebar/tabs so I can use it to overlay my games.

According to Process Explorer, just after start Floe 1.6 uses about 500mb both in working set and in private bytes. After a hour or so it goes to 1gb and more. A screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/PUEpW.png

If I lose my network connection, and then bring the network back up, Floe will still not reconnect for several minutes, long after I can use other online services such as YouTube. Restarting Floe doesn't seem to help much, if any, to reduce this delay.

Is not complete, TCP Not supported and RTCP is not correct.
