As per internal issue MAGETWO-50878, and Github Issue #3999, this parameter has been changed to "oauth_consumer_key". The commit can be seen here

The file identity-link-url.php needs to have this line changed
$consumerId = $_REQUEST['consumer_id'];
to
$consumerId = $_REQUEST['oauth_consumer_key'];

$consumerKey = $_SESSION['oauth_consumer_key'];
$consumerSecret = $_SESSION['oauth_consumer_secret'];
$magentoBaseUrl = rtrim($_SESSION['store_base_url'], '/');
$oauthVerifier = $_SESSION['oauth_verifier'];

in page check-login.php its not getting this values from session. how it will solve please help me
