I found a library called subprocess that can get the output of gallery-dl.
Can you add the function of automatically sending to Telegram after downloading？

With Twitter/X now starting to change its share URLs on certain devices from twitter.com/ to x.com/, and gallery-dl not yet having native support for x.com URLs to behave the same as twitter.com URLs, probably need to add some interim support to handle x.com URLs, perhaps by converting them into twitter.com URLs (as they're currently interchangeable) prior to being sent to gallery-dl for download.
