For each content type:

• Use a trimmed version of field_lead for the meta description for nodes that have that field.
• Use the image field from field_image (which is actually a paragraph field) for the node's image tags.
• Use the first image field from field_body when content type doesn't have a field_image

Problem: the built-in body field automatically generates a summary, which can be used for teasers and meta tags. field_body is a paragraph field that has an indeterminate number and order of text and picture elements.

Solution: preprocess field_body teaser view mode to grab the first image as the teaser image and the first text as teaser text. Basically, iterate over the paragraphs until a text field is found and again until an image field is found.

block__contact is used by contact menu and contact block.

The user should be able to see all of their paragraph choices without needing to know that they should open the dropbutton.

Grid block should have a reference field that allows it to add other blocks as children. It should also have a field that sets a maximum number of columns.
