@types/hapi 16.1.1 renamed interfaces
Apparently IRouteConfiguration and IServerConnectionOptions has been renamed to RouteConfiguration and ServerConnectionOptions respectively, causing build errors.
Support dependency injection container
Offer a new bootstrap method that boostraps the app with a container to support a simple injector model. Mainly to work with typedi project.
hapi-alive used?
I noticed that hapi-alive is listed as a dependency, but it is not being used in the main codebase. If so it appears to be an unneeded dependency being pulled in for hapiour-decorators when installing from NPM. Perhaps it needs to be removed or moved to devDependencies?
