There can be two reasons:
- the Windows version for the bottle is not Windows 10
- lack of Windows dependencies

I've found during testing EGS that Bottles has a tendency to revert windows versions after multiple crashes. Ensure the program doesn't crash on W10.

Bottles don’t revert windows version automatically. It does it when a dependency or user ask for it.
